Amanaya Ventures Limited, will not entertain any return request, expect in the case of fault at our end for e.g. wrong product delivery, damage in transit etc.

In case of a Return, we will refund the original amount paid by the customer at the time of placing the order, to the recipient’s bank account.

In case you are returning the product due to an inconvenience from our end (for example: damage in transit), our team will inspect the piece on delivery and refund the reverse shipping fee to your account.

Once the return has been accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 – 14 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank.
